– THURSDAY, APRIL 13, 2028, FEAST DAY OF YOUNG MARTYRED SAINT ROLANDO RIVI-

Between 1961-1965, at Garabandal, in Spain, Our Lady brought a very important message for humanity, as a sign of the deep love and care she has for all of us, her children. For a good understanding of what follows, we recommend that you read and watch the materials posted on this blog, in connection with Garabandal apparition.

Among the prophecies made by Our Lady during that period, is the performance of a Great Miracle, the Greatest Miracle that her Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, has ever performed and will ever perform.

Below is a fragment of the notes of Conchita, the main visionary of Garabandal, included in the book ”Apparitions of Garabandal” – Francisco Sanchez-Ventura Y Pascual:

”The Virgin told only me about the miracle. She forbade me to say what it will consist of. I cannot  reveal the date either until eight days beforehand. What I am allowed to say is that it will coincide with an event in the Church and with the feast of a saint who is a martyr of the Holy Eucharist; it will be at half-past eight on a Thursday evening; it will be visible to everybody in the village and on the surrounding mountainsides; the sick who are present will be cured and the incredulous will believe. It will be the greatest miracle that Jesus has worked for the world. There will not remain the slightest doubt that it comes from God and is for the good of mankind. In the pine grove, a sign of the miracle will be left forever. It will be possible to film and televise it.’’

We will add a short text about the Miracle, taken from the website www.garabandal.ie/our-ladys-prophesies/. :

‘’The Great Miracle will occur shortly after the Warning, at a grove of pine trees overlooking  the village of Garabandal. It will occur within 12 months after the Warning. Conchita knows the nature of the Great Miracle as well as the exact date and she will announce 8 days before it happens. The details revealed by Conchita can be summarized as follows: On August 10, 1971, while talking to a group of Americans, she offered this revealing information: ‘’It will take place on or between the eighth and sixteenth of March, April or May. It will not happen in February or June.’’ It will be on a Thursday, at 8:30 p.m. It will coincide with a great ecclesiastical event in the Church. It will be on the Feast day of a young martyred Saint of the Eucharist. It will last fifteen minutes. All those either in the village or on the surrounding mountains, wich will serve as a natural amphitheater, will see it. (Note: Millions of people could easily fit around the mountain area). The sick who come to Garabandal on that day will be cured,  unbelievers will be converted. It will be the Greatest Miracle that Jesus has ever performed for the world. On the day after the Miracle, the body of Father Luis Andreu will be removed from his grave and will be found to be in-corrupt. As a consequence of the Miracle, Russia and other countries will be converted. There will remain a permanent sign at ‘’The Pines’’, as a proof of Our Lady’s tremendous love for all her children. It will be capable of been filmed, photographed and televised. Conchita was granted permission by Our Lady to announce the date of the miracle eight days in advance. Prior to the eight-day nottice, God will have send a Warning to the entire world to purify it for the Great Miracle. Therefore, the world will receive two advance notices- The Warning and the eight-day notice. With the present means of communication and travel, eight days will be sufficient for people around the world to gather. The day of The Miracle may be the last opportunity given us by God and may also be Our Lady’s last effort to save the world from the punishment already threatened. Conchita has clearly said that Our Lady has promised a great miracle in Garabandal so that all may believe the Apparitions and be obedient to the messages. ‘‘As the punishment wich we deserve for the sins of the world is great, the miracle must also be great, for the world needs it.’’

As a very brief summary, we can note that the Great Miracle prophesied at Garabandal will be announced by Conchita, the main visionary, 8 days before it occurs and will take place on a Thursday, between 8 and 16 March, April or May (in a later interview, Conchita implied that it would occur in April), at 8:30 p.m., on a day that will coincide with a great ecclesiastical event and the Feast day of a young martyred Saint of the Eucharist. Conchita also said about this Saint that he is not of spanish origin.

Currently, Conchita turned 76 in February 7, 2025 and lives with her family in New York.

Before moving on, it must be said that this article was written with the purpose of being an exhortation to vigilance, because whenever people seek to promote certain dates for future prophesied events, it is important not to forget one thing: certainty only belongs to God. We can only assume, even if the opinion is based on serious and very well-intentioned studies and analyses. But some of us can do one more thing and it is good to become aware of the danger: can intentionally and in bad faith mislead those who are looking for answers. The evil one does not stand idle. Think about what would happen if a false date were promoted as the date of the Great Miracle prophesied by Our Lady at Garabandal. Huge crowds of people would gather on the mountains around the pine grove, waiting for the fulfillment of the prophesied Miracle. But the indicated day would pass and no Great Miracle would appear and people would lose faith in the authenticity of these visions. We would trample, through our ignorance and ingratitude, the precious help that the Holy Mother of Christ granted us. We deserve the punishment that hangs over our heads, but if we add this iniquity, we also deserve our fate. So, whenever we look at certain data with the certainty that it must be the authentic ones, let us not forget that we must analyze it and research intensely, with impartiality and with a certain dose of constructive skepticism. Only in this way will we cannot be deceived. There may be many false chronological data, promoted out of ignorance or even with bad intentions, but there may also be correctly intuited data, stemming from a long research and which will at some point prove their authenticity.

To start from the beginning of my personal research on the identity of the young martyred Saint on whose Feast day, the Great Miracle of Garabandal will take place, it must be said that initially I researched the lives of the saints in the online Catholic calendar (sfințicatolici.ro). Slowly, began to crystallize the idea that Rolando Rivi could be the young martyr whose Feast day should have been between the 8th and 16th of March, April or May. More precisely, his Feast day was listed in the calendar as April 13th. At that time, since I did not know the stages of the canonization process of a Catholic Saint, I did not pay attention to additional information that accompanied his biography, namely that he was declared venerable by Pope Francis on March 27, 2013 and blessed on October 5, 2013. I also did not pay attention to the fact that he was not registered as a saint, but only as a martyr.

In order to understand why all this information is extremely important, we will briefly explain the stages by which a Saint is canonized by the Catholic Church. The first step is granting  the title of “venerable”. This is followed by the granting  the title of “blessed” as a result of the beatification process, the consequence of which is the establishment of a celebration date in the local liturgical calendar of the religious congregation to which the “blessed” belonged. The third and final stage consists of granting the title of “Saint” as a result of the canonization process, the consequence of which is that a Feast day is established in the general liturgical calendar, which must be the day on which the Saint’s death is commemorated.

Rolando Rivi, was born on January 7, 1931, in San Valentino di Castellarano, Reggio Emilia, Italy and died as a martyr, shot dead by communist partisans on April 13, 1945, in Piani di Monchio, Modena, Italy. Since in a future article we will present his biography in detail, for the moment we will only recall what the young martyr said about him: ‘’Io sono di Gesu’’ – ‘’I belong to Jesus.’’

At the time when I identified him as the Saint whose Feast day could have been the very day of the Great Miracle prophesied at Garabandal, I did not pay attention to the fact that in the Romanian Catholic liturgical calendar, he was not registered as a Saint, but only as a ‘’venerable’’ and ‘’blessed’’ martyr  whose Feast day was on April 13, who is exactly the day of his death by martyrdom, as it should have been if he were recognized as a Saint.

Around the same time, while studying biblical prophecies and those made by Our Lady and Our Lord, Jesus Christ, I had discovered how frequently and how important the numbers 13 and 31 were, clearly and indisputably chosen by God to convey information about the End Times. I am now certain that whenever these numbers appear, they directly refer to events in the End Times, and I am about to publish an article on this topic. I thought then that, in a way that I did not yet understand, one of these numbers had to be related to the Saint on whose Feast day, the Great Miracle of Garabandal would take place.

I had identify a young martyr born in 1931, who died through martyrdom on April 13, 1945, and whose Feast day was listed in the Romanian Catholic calendar as April 13.

The next step was to seek validation for what I had just discovered. I thought that if an Orthodox believer like me, with very little knowledge of the Catholic religion, had identified in the Romanian calendar of Catholic Saints, a possible Saint who met all the specifications of Our Lady, then perhaps there were Catholic believers who had reached the same conclusion.

It was extremely surprising for me to find that in the general Catholic calendars of predominantly Catholic countries, Rolando Rivi is not even listed. He simply does not exist in these general liturgical calendars. And furthermore, of the dozens of Saints canonized by the Catholic Church (the Garabandal apparitions, although a manifestation of Our Lady’s love for all people, took place in the midst of a deeply Catholic community), none of them meets all the conditions listed by The Holy Mother of Lord Jesus, such as to be a young martyred Saint, of non-Spanish origin and whose Feast-day falls on a day between April 8 and 16.

Looking for more information, I discovered that the young martyr Rolando Rivi is nevertheless celebrated on May 29, a date probably recorded in the liturgical calendar of the local religious congregation to which he belonged. This date is very important because on May 29, 1945, the body of the young martyr was moved from Monchio di Modena, the place where he was killed, to the cemetery of San Valentino di Castellarano. But since May 29 is not, of course, in the month of April, and Rolando Rivi is not considered a ‘‘Saint’’, but only ‘‘venerable’’ and ‘‘blessed’’, Rolando Rivi is not considered by Catholic believers as a possible Saint on whose Feast day, the Great Miracle would take place.

And yet, Rolando Rivi is a Saint at the feet of Our Lady, from the moment he consciously and joyfully chose to be martyred for the Lord Jesus, to whom he dedicated his entire 14 years of his short life. He remains a Saint even if the Catholic Church has not yet managed to recognize his holiness. In addition, even if Rolando Rivi is not canonized for the moment, it is very possible that by the date of the Great Miracle, the Catholic Church will grant him the title of Saint and establish his feast on the day his martyrdom took place, that is, April 13. We will then have a young martyred Saint, of non-spanish origin, whose Feast day will be between April 8 and 16.

One thing should be clarified: how is it possible that a young martyr who does not appear at all in the general Catholic calendars in predominantly Catholic countries and who is celebrated only locally on a date unrelated to the date of his martyrdom, is still included in the Romanian calendar of Catholic Saints and even on the date of his martyrdom, although this date is reserved only for those who are recognized as Saints? Thanks to the one or those who understood who Rolando Rivi is and helped us to understand as well.

Finally, one last observation: April 13, 2028 is on a Thursday, the last affirmation of the Holy Virgin that remained to be fulfilled.

So, can we say with certainty that Thursday, April 13, 2028, when the Feast day of the young martyred Saint Rolando Rivi will be, is the day of the Great Miracle prophesied by Our Lady at Garabandal? No, we cannot say with certainty. But could this date still be authentic? Very possible!

The Great Miracle of Garabandal will occur on the date already set by God, and we will know then how close we are to the Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Come, Lord Jesus!
